Free
Upgrades available to Platinum plan owners only. Your free upgrade applies
only to same level product upgrades as they are released. For example, if
you've purchased TurboCAD Professional version 10, you will be entitled to a
free upgrade to the next version release of TurboCAD Professional. In
order to continue receiving the benefits of the Support and Maintenance Plan,
you will need to renew your plan at the end of its annual term. The Support
and Maintenance renewal is not automatic.
** Online training sessions are scheduled
on a weekly basis Customers sign up for the session they which to
participate in. Dates and times of specific sessions will vary from week
to week in order to accommodate our customers’ schedules. Customers
may attend an individual session multiple times in order to insure their
comfort in a specific part of TurboCAD’s features and functions.
